Cheese ! !! Love it, but I know it's the salt content I'm after. It's more salt than milk.

I heard people who like cheese and spicy food have fewwer taste buds. I think to
people with larger number of tase buds cheese has somewhat a bitter taste . Thus
they tend to not like it as much.

Yeah all people have salt sensitive taste buds and my guess unless a person is
actively trying to avoid sodium (which usually means you have to prepare 99% of
your on food from scratch at home) they are quite addicted to sodium and using a
unheatlhy amount. And very likely the wrong ratio of potassium to sodium.

Even foods you eat like say french fries you might add salt too allready have very
large amounts of sodium added to them. So again unless your taking very extreme
steps your all quite hooked on sodium if you know it or not.

If your blood pressure is elevated you will actually crave it in some cases. If that's not the case though you may want to switch to sea salt...a bit better for you than regualar table salt.

I only put salt on chips, chicken, lamb or ribsteaks.

I just bought sea salt today. But maybe I should have my blood pressure checked.

I used to be like that with cheese. Lancashire, cheddar, Cheshire, red Leicester... I loved cheese. I had it all the time - too much, if truth be told. I had to cut it out though as it was becoming a problem. Now I am on cottage cheese only. :)

Eeeuuuyyhhh ! !!

Some Cottage Cheeses are quite nice. I prefer the dry stuff.

As a teenager, I'd eat 1/3 of a pound of sugarcubes in a sitting. Then I'd get hyper, but point is how driven I am to consume mass quantities of sugar. I'm not heavy or diabetic-it's only a problem for my teeth.
I like salt on or in most of my food, but not by itself.
Sour or bitter I'm very sensitive to & dislike intensely (includes most spices).
