Great site, couple of ideas...

I've only posted a couple times, but have read for a while...and had a few ideas...

1) Add more forums under the "Special Interests" category...it appears there are several additional common interests which many in the community have (travel, weather, transportation, etc.), which could be added based on what people are saying their interests are.
2) More options under the "diagnosis" field...such as an "other" with mandatory fill-in-the-blank field for those who do not fit the options in the drop-down menu.

Other than that this is a great site, keep up the good work!
