I'm trying to fix the gallery. Could someone else try to upload something and tell me if it works?

I got:

Failed to create directory /usr/home/planet/modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/18300 !

I didn't have a folder previously, but its creation went OK.

Not working for me, either. Is the 1024kb limit for each picture, or the whole gallery?

how do you create an album in the gallery?

Click Gallery, then go to Personal Albums. To the left, there should be Add Album.

And that's how you do it.

if i click on personal albums i get:

Personal Albums
You have the ability to create your own albums here!

but nothing i could click on ...
