I might have bipolar and schizophrenia because I require large ammounts of respiridone, seroquel and nabilone. And I don't require any of them when i smoke pot. But anyways, today I had an episode where I wasn't on my respiridone for a couple of days because I felt like it was causing acne and everytime I try to go off of them so I can get rid of my acne, I end up freaking out on people. So today I called the university I got rejected from for some stupid reason and I freaked out on this woman and ended up swearing at her multiple times and breaking my closet door with my first. It was insane. And I'm high right now and I feel great. What should I do?

First off, stay off the pot. Second, get back on your meds for now. Third tell your psych doc about the problems you have been having with your meds. He/she may be able to try you out on an alternative med.

- For the record, pot causes changes in your sperm/ova DNA, leading to birth defects, and low sperm counts.

- People on pot and other drugs are impaired while on them, just like with booze. They can't safely operate cars, planes, and machinery, and also shouldn't be left in charge of kids, the elderly, or the disabled.

- Pot is also illegal, so using it can get you sent to jail. A drug conviction would make it harder to get a job. Do you want jail time, and a record following you around to every potential job?

Just go to the doc to try a different med. Oh, and apologize to the lady you freaked at on the phone.--How about sending her some flowers?

Who the heck is telling you that crap? Pot is a medicine and it's a plant that grows right out of the ground but it's illegal because it's the cure-all medicine really and it can be grown in your own home so they only let dying people who are poor grow it. Johnson and Johnson has a patent on the active ingredient cannabonoids which are activated during a "runners high" and are included in the medicine which I take called nabilone which is a derivative of Marinol which cancer patients use. They use that because weed is free and nabilone and marinol are over 1000$ for 60 tablets and I can get airmiles on that so that gives airmiles profits. The entire human system run on capitalism is run off of profit derivatives derived from logic which is explained mathematically. Don't kid yourself.

Long term use in patients who don't need it is damaging.

It is illegal, therefore a risk, even if you do need it.

I would recommend consulting an unbiased herbalist who knows this one (..though not recreationally).

Well one drug vs. three pills? me personally I'd do like my aunt does and just stick to the cannabis, its what works for her and it's what works for me....for some of the crap I have to deal with. but I can't really tell you what to do as it is your life and your choice...and it is true cannabis is illegal, but I guess some people are willing to take that risk and some aren't, it's a shame that risk should exist in the first place though.

You deserve compassion not judgment. I do not judge you.

There are individual who fair better on Herb. Canada has the MMAR program. Google it and you'll see what I mean.

Coming off of anti-psychotics rapidly is objectively risky and should be carefully done with expert guidance.

I can relate to your suffering.

I don't like pot and never have for myself, but I have no problem with others smoking it. I think it should be legal. It's a lot less harmful than booze and I've rarely seen a belligerant stoner but I've seen plenty of drunks that way.

I don't have a suggestion about the meds, but I do have a great home remidy for acne if you would like to try it. I used it when I was young, my kids use it, it works like a charm and it's simple and cheap.

Get some regular Crest toothPASTE. No gel, no whitening, no tartar control, nothing extra. The old school type plain Crest. In the evening after you wash your face, dab a dot of it on the zit. Let it sit for about 30 minutes, whatever is comfortable to you, because it can feel like it's burning and it can cause your skin to be red for a few hours after, then wash it off. I used to put dots on the zits before bed then wash them off in the morning. They were usually gone or almost gone then, but it did leave my skin red in the area where the toothpaste was. Being a girl, I could wear makeup and cover the redness up, but I boys can't do that, so just try it at home when you don't have anywhere to go and experiment with time left on and also note how long, or even if, you are red after.

I hope that helps!

Do what you feel needs to be done while it doesn't hurt you and you're willing to accept the consequences.

Haters gonna hate.

As my friend said to me after I stopped respiridone: "Girl, you are hella hypomanic." She's from SoCal, but she was right. This exact thing (very happy until I'm not, which is when things get broken) happens to me every time I mess with my drugs, and the only cure is going back on your meds.
