I'm not from a planet, I was born on a Phoenix class battlecruiser.

How do Jovians (inhabitants of Jupiter) survive on Jupiter and then on earth? Or is their natural state one capable of altering between astral, etheric, gaseous and liquid metalic states with the ability to seize control of the central nervous system of higher primates when on terrestrial planets, having previously passed through the void in etheric or astral state - gaseous or coarser dissipitated by solar wind outside of gravitational field of home planet? I can relate to some of the traits listed by tinky as Jovian, particularly the fascination with foreign cultures and languages part. That would certainly explain our arrival on Earth. However I had best read on before deciding. How could anyone confuse Jupiter and Pluto (either the planets or the gods)? Not major? It (Jupiter) is the largest in the Solar System that we know of, tinky. Sorry to come down rather hardly upon you, as it was clearly an honest mistake.

Probably from a lack of many names outside of science fiction, rabbit23. Even some of the Kuyper [sic] Belt objects in the outer reaches of this Solar System, or the Asteroids between Jupiter and Mars might be interesting. I suspect I am a Jovio-Neptunian so far.

I would like to be from Gallifrey. And I see your Avatar has regenerated again, though this time in the usual direction (from Eighth to Ninth Doctor, rather than Tenth to Eighth). A TARDIS would be a very useful transportation device to have. I would like to study at the Prydonian College. Specifically if I could be taught by Borusa in the same class with the Doctor, the Rani and the Master. Think of all that could be learned - and of all the ways I might potentially turn out. I would also like to study under Hedyn and Asmael. Later I could teach Romanatoralundra [sic] and earlier than that Councilor Flavia and the Inquisitor from Trial of a Timelord. I shall retire and live with the Hermit of Mount Lung, aka Abbot and Choje, whom I would take from twentieth century England in my TARDIS or his to Moorish Spain, or if that proves too hot, ninth century Ireland. I would previously have gone to Terminus and court and if she consents marry Nyssa of Traken, helping her with her work on the Lazarus disease (given all my Gallifreyan education this should not be so difficult). We would visit Constantinople during the Comnenid dynasty, Persia during various points of the Achaemenid, Arsacid and Sassanid dynasties and Ch'ang-an in the T'ang Dynasty. Baghdad in the Caliphate of Harun al-Rashid will also be frequented. Along with countless places between Earth and Gallifrey.

By the way, the survey thinks I am from Pluto (how on earth did I adjust to the climate change, unless it was the Pluto of The Sunmakers and I arrived at the Earth of this time by TARDIS?)

Traken might be a nice planet to be from before it was destroyed in the entropy brought about by the Master in Logopolis. The body that the Master used from Logopolis to Survival is from Traken, being originally that of Consul Tremas (Nyssa's father) though the Master rejuvenated it at the same time as seizing it, using the remnant of the powers of the Source that he retained before his plan to make the Melkur Keeper having used Kassia (The Keeper of Traken).

By the way how come so few of the incarnations of the Master's original thirteen lives are seen? There is the Roger Delgado one from the Third Doctor (Jon Pertwee) Era, which is an unnumbered regeneration (the Master's at that point, obviously, not the Doctor's) then after a hiatus the (presumably) thirteenth incarnation portrayed by Peter Pratt in Deadly Assassin and Geoffrey Beavers (though the latter could be a fourteenth incarnation if the Eye of Harmony on Gallifrey had enabled a partial, though still decomposed looking, regeneration) for most of The Keeper of Traken (both during Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) era. The Anthony Ainley Master (Tremas' body) and the decidedly irritating Eric Roberts Master (Bruce the Paramedic's body) were both additional lives seized by nefarious means.

And how come Asmael/Edgeworth in The Twin Dilemma, also in his thirteenth life (he forceably attempts regeneration, sacrificing his life to thwart Mestor) does not resemble the form of the Master rescued from Tersurus by Chancellor Goth prior to the events of The Deadly Assassin?

i don't know why i always get jupiter and pluto confused...i used to get bananas and grapefruits confused. i have a strange way of thinking.

I'm from Pluto, and I don't care if they say it isn't a planet. It's always been my favorite.
