Ah, but bear in mind that the original author, Aldous Huxley, intended to villify such a society, as the paradise that the brave new world put forth got rid of human qualities, such as emotion, and replaced them with a simulation of happiness. (!#$% Synthetics)

Eh, happiness is happiness. I wouldn't mind living in a society like that. At least it's better than the society from 1984. The only bad thing about it is the lack of history and art, but I can put up with that with enough soma. Besides, Lenina Crowne (a character from the book) sounds pretty hot.
