im in a logical trap

here is what is i have to go to this program that does nothing for me its court ordered. the medication
im on is causing severe problems among wich is a total lack of sleep. to get off it im gonna need months and months of time to myself doing nothing. failure to apear at said program will result in re committall.
to go to the progam i need to be off the medication. to get off will require months of bed rest.
not going results in serious recommittal.
how do get out of this logical trap.

Please don't take this the wrong way (i do see the logical trap you mean), but this is the only thing i can think of, maybe others will have better suggestions. Is there anyway you can "suck it up" and go to the program while on that awful medication? If you can't get off it, and you have to go to the program, i don't see another way. You may not be yourself while going, but if your attendance is all that is required, can u manage to somehow just attend at less than full capacity?

there is also contact a certain human rights organization and have them get me across the state line and hide out
i'v been trying to contact them but i cant get through to anyone

hopefully but the junk does not let me sleep. 3 months till review, with no sleep thats a long time.

What type of program and how did you get yourself involved? What type of meds? Do you have an attorney?

i was greystone state psychitric hospital. as condition of my release i have attend an outpatient mental health program. lithium 1500 mg how this happened try looking at some of my older posts and

Unless you are a minor, court ordered commitments usually involve criminal offenses. If anything had been ordered by the court, you should have an attorney. If you are a minor, there is very little you can do if your parents are in agreement with this program of medication.

im an adult they cant "force" but they throw my but on the street when i cant take care of myself or call some and say i did somebody and im not taking my "medication". i have committed no crime, my dad has hit me though.

Call Legal Aid and get a lawyer so you can't be comitted. You need to find somewhere to live other than your parents' house. I'm sure you know this.

I looked up your previously posts and obviously you are not happy where you are right now (honestly, the only time I was ever in a hospital I panicked and behaved in a manner that was not rational at all).

Has your father repeatedly hit you? Did you tell this to the police?

You said your family told lies to the police to get you committed. What were these lies?

The more information we have the easier it would be to look your situation objectively.

i told them after the police took me last time
when i first came home i called the police and told them they offerd to sent an officer but i chickened out on the last second to last time i was home.

basically if i start point what they did they call it harrassement and im getting violent.
both my parents are delusionall and believe thing happened in way that never did.
my father or brother will hit me and then start conflagration, my mother then calls up the police and" HE BIPOLAR AND HES IN A RAGE" none of wich is true. she been on this bipolar kick for ten year.

she was wondering why i was acting a little strange so she starting dragging me off to psychtrists. all of whom gave me these goofy diagnoses. be literal minded i ansewerd yes to some questions i should have answered no to. i really suffered from cushing syndrome. flash forward to college
i start doing bad in school because im being picked on and i have a learning disorder that they never bother to check for. my dad then draggs me off to this psychtrist who diagnosed me as adhd. they
make me take it for about three days till i stop when i realized it bad for my health and bad for my social standing.(not to mention adhd is total fraud, the doc that made it up just admitted it)
so when my dad found out he pinned me down on the bed and tried to force it down my thoat.
( why didnt i call the cops?)

i remembered this and it turned into ptsd.
im sorry if this is disjointed the drugs have made hold a train of thought impossible
