First of all, you and your parents need to see a therapist together ASAP. When my mom first learned about AS, she immediately did major research on the topic. It was hard at the time because AS really wasn't well known 10 years ago. I didn't really care for my former stepfather either. In fact, I'm not really happy with my own dad either.

dude my mom has done recearch
my dad I highly doubt it
I'm threw with asking them for help
I talk to my mom sometimes
but my brother is my man to vent to (though I try not to)
I've already done a lot of damage to my relationship with my parents
enough is enough
(and I don't need a shrink-I know what's wrong with me-I just want friends)
