Hard time leaving house alone

I'm diagnosed with Anxiety NOS and I've been on Klonopin a long time... but I think it stopped working. Now I am having a problem where I can't go outside without my husband or aunt. I can go on the bus to a store, etc... but now I want to play Pokemon GO so bad and explore town and I can't... my husband can't walk good and hot weather makes him sick so he can't go with me. I spend the majority of my time in the bedroom. I'm trying to get a job, but I don't know how bad my anxiety would be. My doc who was dumb enough to insist I take klonopin all the time never wants to change my meds.

Since I moved to this town 6 years ago, I only made one female friend around my age, she was even a bridesmaid at my wedding, but I haven't talked to her in a while. She posted something about pokemon go on FB and I asked and she's getting the game when she gets a new phone soon. I trust her, now I might have someone to help me get out of the house!

That would be great if you could go out with her and her friends! I would like to do the same, but no one has seen me in about five years. I have compromised by going out in the mornings to a populated exercise field. Around people, not as many Pokemon, but it is a start. It is too hot for me here to walk around outside in the afternoon when everyone seems to go.

I do like having my good friend come with me so he can be the "hi" person... The one who returns all the people's hellos.
