I got fondled by a female psychiatrist in a mental hospital I was held in. A man raped me while I was on holiday who pretended to be a good guy.

People I had contact with told me stories like this. It's horrible.

Sir, I'm deeply sorry you had to go through this. People that had to protect you, were meant to make you feel safe, you had to trust, treating you like that, it has an unbelievable effect on a person.

To be honest, it makes my blood boil how people can do something like this and truly hope these people get punished for what they did. Most of the times though they get protected by colleges and people with mental problems don't get believed at all. It's disgusting.

Yeah after I tried to kill myself the charity that I was being housed through told me that if I kept renting my flat through them they would find me a bungalow, little did I know housing benefit would not cover it and her helping find this bungalow was simply checking a website, she could have just gave me a link. I also think they stole my couch. One of them let slip that my therapists sister went to my school and they were all talking about me, they broke confidentiality.

You see these shows about people in care homes being abused and there is no way I will end up in one of them.

That sucks Daniel. There are some bastards out there. I don't think I will ever fully recover from the crap bullies have put !regards through but my guess is they will outlive me and do better than me. But I sense the tide is turning. Perhaps your generation will find new hope.

Most of my interactions with others are positive. I have anxiety, for sure, but most people are decent.

It’s the few you have to worry about.

I think I'm only two years younger than you.

I don't think society will change if we look at other groups like blacks and gays hostility towards them has been learnt people have been raised that way.

For people like us I believe its instinct to weed us out.
