So your not alone anymore? Do you have roomates or something? How understanding are they?

I'm living alone, but I'm around people who understand me, in the day time. The people at my job understand my quirks, along with the staff and members at my clubhouse, along with my two best friends that I've met through the clubhouse. I'm alone durring my sleeping hours. My parents never did care to understand me, and they were treating me like a child, so I've left because I was no longer feeling alive.

You know, Marshall, it's just crazy. For many people school is a hideous place before college. Some colleges aren't all that great either. Nothing has to be wrong with a child who can't adapt to the conditions in school. I also believe that the treatments are more damaging to the child than the problems are. The headshrinkers you talk about weren't healers, they were weapons. The belief is that a child who does not fit in must be forced no matter how much damage it does to the child.

Cockney Rebel, some of my current "quirks" are because of my need to feel alive. I believe that being close to nature makes people feel alive.

I feel so good! I have a plan!

Tomorrow, after I get back from doing the IQ test at the university, I'll go to Social Services and tell them my circumstances changed, my mother's going up north (which she is anyway!) and I need a room or apartment (a room with a kitchen section and a bathroom). Since I'm classified right now as unable to work they'll pay the whole rent. When I go to my shrink on Thursday I'll tell him that I want to join an Aspie support group and a depressives' support group. In the Aspie support group I'll ask people if they want to live with me and username88 in my room or apartment. We don't need to stay in there; we just need to stash our stuff in there and sleep in there. Then username88 can come up here!

And if any of you want to come too, please do!

I had an argument with my mother. Seh was so angry! How dare I want to join a commune, when I should be thinking about my FUTURE! Exactly! It's MY future! I'll get famous how I want, not how she wants! f**k THE b***h! If I get turned down by Social Services-- and I don't think I will-- after all, I medically need to be away from her-- and she probably medically needs to be away from me-- oh God, I'
m getting out of there if I have to sleep on the STREET! But I won't have to. Even if there were no organizations in the world, there are tons of places to sleep outside. And that WON'T EVEN HAPPEN! Nothing is forcing me to stay. If I was underaged, I don't know what I'd do-- string her up, maybe!

Anger is extroverted depression. I can't be around this! I feel so awful that I can't deal with another depressed person when I should be empathizing with her! After all, I suffer from deperession too. Only she's not admitting that she does. Oh God; please give me a chance to slip some Celexa into her coffee!

I feel so so bad! I got mad at her. I took the bait when she exploded at me. She'll say that I started it by being upset. She has a VERY SELECTIVE memory!

Whether she likes it or not-- and I'm overaged; what's she gonna do to stop me?-- I'm getting a room or apartment with Social Services, and getting a job under the table besides-- there are tons of jobs where you can just go in any day here, and get paid in cash that day--and then planning for the commune and saving money to buy land! I'll have my own private piece of land somewhere, and then I'll also buy some on the commune.

Nobody bothers to read this thread anymore, but whatever!

My mother is pissing me off again. I will be so glad when she's gone! I can't wait to tell my shrink tomorrow that I NEED to get away from her for GOOD!

All I can say, Ana, is try to learn some marketable skills and think about possible Internet incomes like T-shirts on Cafepress. And good luck.

Thank you so much, Rem! I forgot about the internet! I've got to do that! That sounds so easy! It sounds like gret, stress-free income... no forcing yourself to get up early or anything like that! That's brilliant; why did I not think of that? Thank you so much! :D
