I’ve been thinking for a while that a walking cane might be helpful for me, as i often feel unstable and shaky when walking. (Don’t worry I’m getting the medical stuff figured out)

Where might be a place to find a good cane?

Guess am old school , but some people actually still carry old time walking sticks, Or find somebody who likes to wood work . And have them find piece of branch they could sand down and cut off the ruff edges .And give it a dark wood stain and Vanish it, let dry overnight . might getyou a fancy one . Otherwise most big hospital might have a gift shop? And often they will sell canes , Or find a physical therapist, and see what they fit you for.?

They sell them at drug stores.

Or you could just make one.

Goodwill, Salvation Army, Am Vets, etc usually have a cheaper selection of canes. Pharmacy related places also usually have them (around here anyway).
