I'm contemplating getting this one
It's a full sized bmxbike suitable for adults
It's only cheap at 229.99

Do you like it

Only except I'm getting it in orange because that's my favourite colour

If you get a BMX, will you be using it for tricks?

In my experience they suck for trying to get around on, because they're small, not great for sitting on and only have a single gear that's usually intended more for accelerating than going fast.

Awesome. I want to see your BMX video.

Yep, the first bike I ever got that wasn't a handmedown was a single speed Huffy BMX bike with coaster brakes. And, it was fine on flats, but the moment you had any sort of significant hill, I had to get off and walk it up the hill. And, I live in a city with a lot of hills. And even on flats it could be hard to keep up with people that had more than one speed.

I'd personally recommend people go with a bike that has at least a few speeds. How many really depends on their locality, not everybody needs 30 speeds.

BMX is perfectly fine for that, have you considered just getting a used bike? If there's a used bike shop near you, you could get one that would easily handle that for a lot less. Plus, if you decide that you don't like it, you could probably sell lit back and get a decent chunk of the money back.

It has been in storage in my basement for years but I could use it to get to the grocery store if my car broke down.

Getting a used bike through a local shop sounds like a great idea!
They can make sure it is the right size for you.

If I save up for then I can get the one that I like

Because I cancelled my membership at the skatepark so that'll save me a bit so I can use that to put towards it

And then I can use the free skatepark because there's 2 near me

The BMX World Championship in Denmark is only 1,5 month away. :D

It's the racing kind. I'm going there to cheer on a friend who's competing.
