What kind of vitamin deficiencies h you addressed? What did you do? Were you successful?

Vitamin D ,, got ill less often after stabilizing my D levels over a 30 day period.

Been exhausted all the time

Difficulty getting and staying asleep

Considering sleeping pills but don't want to get addicted

i've been so physically Fatigued and Exhausted, there has to be a medical reason.

vitamin deficiency has to be one of the "better" reasons.

Hope your magnesium levels are good . Calcium Magnesium zinc ,supplementation.work well together together in a person systems.
And fair priced at Walmart..Last time I bought it there. Magnesium is essential in all manners of (Atophagy ),celliar rebuilding , and waste removal at a celluar level, in most humans, I believe. (Just a Thought.)

I've been taking 5,000 IU daily of Vitamin D for more than twenty years.

I had a blood test recently that included Vitamin D levels and mine was excellent.

I have low ferritin (iron stores) which contributes to fatigue.
But it's best to get that confirmed by a blood test before taking supplements, as you don't want to have too much.
When my tongue gets cracked and sore I know I need to take an iron pill.

Sometimes I take magnesium or zinc or vitamin D but my GP won't test my levels so I have to work out for myself if I'm low. For instance, if I start getting muscle cramps that usually means I need magnesium. And if I feel like I'm getting a head-cold I take zinc.

I haven't worked out what low vitamin D feels like yet.

For what it's worth, I have a Vitamin B-12 deficiency and have to get shots every two weeks now.

I went to the doctor at the end of June with a strong loss of appetite. Blood tests showed my B-12 levels to be something less than 159 pg/mL.

My next injection, which I give myself, is this Friday.

I do seem to be having more of an appetite now. More notable, though, is that I am falling asleep far less in the daytime now. There were days that I couldn't stay awake more than two hours or so without taking a nap, but that now appears to be behind me.
