Anyone know of a women's refuge which is also quiet and sensory friendly? And where you have your own toilet and space? I can't hack shared walls. Am in Melbourne Australia right now

Maybe someone will have better advice or suggestions to offer. Not being from the area, the only thing I’m coming up with is calling autism advocacy groups in Australia/your area and seeing what they suggest and/or what help they can provide.

Here’s one group although there are others.

Autism Advisory & Support Service
(02) 9601-2844

There’s also an autism hotline (Autism Connect) in Australia you could try. Here’s their number. You can also live chat on their website.

I hope you get the support you need as quickly as possible.
