Help please! :)
Hello! This is my first time posting
My name is Lucy and I am a teenage girl, diagnosed with Autism early last year.
I’ve been struggling with my mental health for a while now, dealing with the transition into college, self-image and Friendships.
I’ve been thinking about talking to a Psychiatrist/Counsellor/Therapist as I think it would be good to get some advice or just get it off my chest. Is there anyone you guys would recommend?
I live in Bedfordshire, England so someone based locally would be preferable, but I don’t mind travelling a little bit.
Thank you so much
Lucy
