It's been there through the highs and lows of my life

Sometimes it's been like a best friend and sometimes a worst enemy

Can't beat a bit of extra mature cheddar on crackers.

Extra sharp cheddar..extra thick slices...aged..mmmm..! by itself or into a Grilled cheese sandwich with buttered bread before grilled, Shredded Parmesan. . on baked Salmon ,just slightly melted.Same deal on Steamed Broccoli.
but perhaps if you are or recently ill,no cheeses till you recover. Even though still a healthy protien ,But not bad for a comfort food . Yummmzzz.
