Automatic dishwasher, or hand cleaned dirty dishes?

Do you use an automatic dishwasher, or do they cleaned by hand?

I have a dishwasher and take full advantage of using it. Saves time and water

I used to have an automatic dishwasher years ago. About all i ever used it for was to wash glasses. I washed everything else by hand.
