Some random sentences in foreign languages can sound vulgar when spoken to an English person.

The phrase Pick My Most Beautiful Side translated in Dutch is not for the faint of heart.

Jesus Christ, or is it a swear word if you yell it in a stressful situation? I certainly observed my mom yell that sometimes but then I was told it was inappropriate. I even got a bit in trouble one time when I was 7 because I came home from school to my mom shampooing the carpet in the room and said 'oh my god, what are you doing'...I guess I wasn't supposed to use god that way...?

But at any rate if I don't use a swear word the alternative is usually jesus christ! or goddamnit at least for me. My dad really doesn't like if I say goddamnit though so I try to avoid saying that one around him or he gets kind of offended.
