I was checking metrics in my Health app yesterday out of curiosity. I hadn't paid much attention to Walking Asymmetry before because it wasn't accurate for daily, weekly, monthly, or even 6 months trends. Then I checked the yearly trend and compared it to my health journal notes. I realized that in October 2025, my right knee and hip started hurting, and within days, I couldn't walk.

According to the app, I'd had walking issues for 8 months before that, culminating in inability to walk. The chart shows recovery from October 2025 onward - that's when I started Knee-Over-Toes exercises and vitamin D3. It took months to regain 80-90% of my lower-body strength.

When I can run without issues, I'll know I'm fully recovered. I run for 60 seconds max now, just to be careful.
