It's crazy how time flies. And it's incredible to me that this site hasn't changed much since I first discovered it. That's a good thing, given how much the Internet surrounding it has changed dramatically - and in many cases, for the worse.
Anyways, this isn't so much an introduction as a re-introduction. (Did I even introduce myself the first time...?) Name's Brandon. Although I've been here for shy of ten years by now, I've never really been active on this place. Be it simple acedia or not being sure if I would be able to make any real friends around these parts, I didn't give much attention to this site and my account basically sat dormant for years on end.
But I'm back now and I'm hoping that maybe I can start making some friends out of my fellow aspies. At least that's the idea. Been grappling with a lot of things since the end of high school and I haven't been in the best state of mind, but I do really hope that I can try to expand my horizons a bit and not just be a withdrawn wallflower.
...I also gotta make sure I don't get banned here, either. Had a lot of run-ins with the various digital coppers of the 'net by doing or saying things they didn't like. I'll try to not make any trouble.
Apart from that, hopefully I can make nice here with you fellas and gals!
