I'm born in england and have disability described as mild autism with depression and anxiety. I think do know what type of autism i have which is autism spectrum disorder level 1 and don't know what it is called by name because get confusing thinking its intellectual disabled or intellectual autism. I on medications and have strangely had recent experience of forgetfulness and brain-fog/mind-fog where can't focus on memories at some occasion, decided to find somebody to talk on what going on my experience this was at the time where feel unwell doing own social project. It important to give awareness that I'm not good at communicating and writing in general and I'll do get side-track over long talks. I did read all forum room threads but still don't know if this correct place in forum,

I want make friends but think not determined to go far ahead on goals. Sometimes when says bad communicating or writing tend not be coherent at times so make hard to understand or feel comfortable with other people on internet. I want do something with other people but fear might lose interests or expect me do hard work on hobbies or social projects. Still anybody can still work with or help describing my experience.

This is a good place to start. Keep in mind that responses might be slow or odd.

I have a real hard time trying to explain to myself the difference between what I assume is covid induced brain fog, and the feeling I had when on venlafaxine of having to tear through cobwebs to think.
