Former head cashier DF , former head cashier Juan, and former cashier Chris all told their bosses they deserved bravos

I don't understand what is so great about a bravo because it is just a piece of paper

December 2020, former supervisor DSmith gave everyone in the front end homer awards

That was the only Homer award I have gotten.

It is now 2026

Oh well

On the other hand maybe I should just be grateful that those tarantulas: ASM Gabriel, former supervisor Angela w, head cashier Angela d, and former head cashier Juan, did not have the nerve to get me made redundant

Over five years without positive recognition

Stupid lil ASM javier and ASM Gabriel

some tarantulas got Bravo awards for things that i often do, such as wear gloves, "hard work" whatever.

some of the Bravo awards are for vague things that other servants often do. nobody requires documentation for a Bravo. it's more about, which servant/boss is biased in favor of (or cronies with) which other servant.

lot attendant tattletale TS gave OFA anthony RH a "bravo" award for helping tattle tale with a pallet, but i've been stacking tattletale tom's pallets since 2022. former head cashier evan said that ASDS "TC" said that i don't have to stack pallets, and the building doesn't contain a scale.

yesterday front end supervisor alicia told stephanie (not supervisor steph, different one), that alicia was giving steph a homer award.

2021
2022
2023
2024
2025

no homer award

there have been about 50 lot attendants in over five years. tattletale tom (who might not even work there anymore) and daniel (started working there one month before me), have been working there longer than me. in other words, i am currently the 3rd, 2nd or 1st longest tenured lot attendant.

still micromanaged and not just that, "constructive dismissal." micromanaged out the building. no respect. no appreciation. talked down to. treated like a servant. stupid ASM gabriel and head cashier angela d

The homer awards make home Depot sound and look like Home Depot Grammar School

But I still think those stupid lil tarantulas should have given me at least one homer awards or servant of the month, in the past five years

Flooring associate John m worked there for ten years and plenty of homer awards. One day he got made redundant and later dumb lil spiders made him servants of the month

Former lot attendant "x" got a homer and his photo in the hallway smiling and someone said he got made redundant. That was a couple of months ago. Haven't seen the annoying lil boy since then
