Does anyone else also love online contests? :) As of this very year, I have already won 44 things, including a beautiful silver, flower shaped pendant, an air purifier and an air humidifier - those are the best things I won recently.

I just found the thread I once started under a different nickname... because back then, I couldn't log in using my normal nickname of Irulan :) So I'm using it again now - to ask you if you ever won anything :) Did you? :) Is there anyone else who shares with me my special interest? :)

I remember entering a contest to win a trip for 2 to London back in 1997. At the exact time that I was filling out the forms, I saw the news on TV that Princess Diana passed away. That was the last time I filled out stuff like that. Hope died with Diana.

I still remember the exact words I heard on the news back then: "Princess Diana is dead. She died in a car accident". They reverberate in my mind.
