How can I get my parents to stop caring about my sex life?

They are restricting my freedom but they have to accept the fact that I do chose to hook up with random people with proper precautions and I’m safe about it but they worried about me and always hovering over me. They need to learn to back off. What should I legally do about this. I am 30 not 15 they shouldn’t be acting like this! I am capable of making my own choices! Do they have the right to be concerned and care about my sex life even when I’m 30? I am high functioning autistic and mild intellectual disability and my parents said it has nothing to with that on why on they are concerned. Why can’t they mind their own business?

Ask them?

If your parents care about you they will be worried if they think you might get hurt or get into trouble. It doesn't matter if they have a right to that or not, they will do it any way.

Do you still live at home ? either way prehaps do not engage them about your intimate life .
