Does my boyfriend never want to see me again?

I asked him a few days after he wanted a break when he wants to see me next and he said Just want time alone I said ok why is that? how long is that and he said he just want to be alone I said I don’t want it to be forever where I can’t see you he said he don’t have a timeline of when he will see me it’s up to him when it’s ready. I am high functioning autistic and he knows that. Does this means I will never see him again?
