Control in what way? You can't do anything with medication, but therapy may help depending on what the issue is.

You may be able to avoid situations that make autism worse.
Loud noises, for instance. I went to a fireworks show but stood quite a distance from the launchers, near the fence at the edge of the park. I've also worn high fidelity earplugs and gone to other locations that are farther away.

Masking, or attempting to appear normal makes it worse. It is exhausting to pretend.
It would be much easier if people around you would accept that you need to stim. It is your "normal."
As well as the brutally honest stuff we often say.

A problem for me is that the harder I work to appear "normal", adjust and hide my autistic traits the more intolerant people get towards the traits I show. They tend to think that what they see is my normal behaviour when I am not trying. Sometimes when I get nervous I start tapping my fingers at my knee. Then some people lash out: "Stop tapping your fingers! You get me nervous!"

I don't think you can "control" your Autism. You (and, ideally, those around you) need to compensate for it.

Hello Kitty4670,

it seems to me that what you might mean is this lady is unhappy with your behaviour and expects you to control it. It sounds to me like she wants to control you. That might be why living there makes your autism worse.

I remember you made a topic about whether people in your house can see what you do on the internet. That would be about who can log in to the administration account of the house's router and review its logs. Is it this lady?

Sorry if I got that wrong. Did I?

I agree with everyone else that autism is no more controllable than people's emotions are, maybe less so, because while someone might overcome, say, anger, I can't see how an autist can overcome missing cues they are blind to.
