As many of you know by now, Christopher Nolan's rendition of The Odyssey is unfortunately a
big hit around the world making back its reported budget of $250 million easily despite
many who have seen it say it has flaws and Nolan is using this film to go on a big ego trip (especially that he got Best Director for Oppenheimer)to strengthen his misogyny.

Akira is getting a theatrical re-release this September. I might go see that.

I haven't heard of a new movie that I'd have any interesting in seeing though.

I admit that I've been intrigued by Clayface, which is set for October 23rd.

If you haven't seen the trailers, some graphic parts are included in them and there's a video on You Tube that I've also seen in which the person talking asks: Is Clayface an instant contender for next year's Oscars for Best Makeup and Hairstyling, if not Best Visual Effects?
