I keep hearing there are various juices/smoothies/drinks that can help people burn fat fast, or can remove various toxins in the body.

Do such beverages exist, or is it just BS?

I think they are bad overall with far too much caffeine as well as other stimulants ta-boot.

Just try Green Tea with just a little honey.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

Juice cleanses are generally not reliable for health benefits and can do more harm than good.  They often lack essential nutrients and fiber, have an overabundance of sugar (diabetics beware!), and any weight loss is usually temporary and not sustainable.

I suspect most of the major positive claims surrounding juice cleanses are woo-woo.

From what I have heard your kidney and liver cleanses the body from toxic - and that no food or drink can add any positive effect on that process besides makin it easier by being non-toxic.
