I'm hereby asking you for any recommendations because I'm very into The Walking Dead world now and if I win a voucher for buying something on Allegro (such a Polish E-Bay), I will buy for it such a game. Which The Walking Dead game is the best one according to you, I mean, the most interesting? :) What do you think?

I haven't played any of them, but the only ones I'm aware of is the Telltale series.
Do they have to be Walking Dead IP, or can they be any zombie games in general?

Have you read the comics?

I'd want them to be just the Walking Dead games (but if you know any other zombie games, then recommend them to me - but not the Resident Evil ones, I saw the walkthroughs on Youtube and I didn't like them too much). No, I haven't read the comics yet but I can try to look for them online :) I did read the novels, though - I like the Governor (though I haven't found his origins too believable); I'd love to read something like that about Negan too.

The House of the Dead games are short but sweet. They're actually remakes of arcade games that came out back when I was a kid in the 1990's.

Well there's always Left 4 Dead if you haven't played it, though it's more like 28 Weeks Later than a traditional zombie thing.
I always wanted to make a FPS game that was based more on the George A. Romero movies/rules, but I never got super far into development.

Oh! ZombiU was another good one, I need to play that one some more. I'm really bad at it though.

I forgot about the novels, I kind of skipped over those. Yeah, the Governor in the comics is a very different character; in the TV series he's more of a Southern gentleman...not so much in the comics/novels. He's pretty demented.
I don't know about Poland, but Humble Bundle has had deals for all the comics a few times. I have maybe half of the books in physical, and then grabbed all the rest in digital. They're really good, but don't expect them to be anything like the show (in a good way).
I can't remember if they went into Negan's backstory too much?

Oh! Okay, there are some Negan backstory comics:
The Walking Dead: Here's Negan!
Negan Lives!

I will have to check those, because I -think- I have them? And I'm pretty sure I forgot to read them. (looks like I only have the first one)

Oh yeah! I forgot about the Left 4 Dead games. I only ever got to play the first one which is really too bad because I would have loved to play the second one too because it was set in the American deep south where I'm from. 8)

Also I never played the Dead Rising games but I hear they're really good.

Let me know if you start reading them and need someone to gush to, lol. No one I knew was interested in them at all, so I just had to read them in silence and keep to myself... -_-
Especially after I gushed too much to one friend, and kind of drove her into wanting nothing to do with them...

I will check them out :) Negan is so funny in his own, twisted, psychopathic way :) Though I do prefer the Governor to him.

It's too bad you're not interested in the Resident Evil games. I've loved playing the classics for the older consoles like the original Playstation since I was a kid. Playing them always made me feel like I was in one of George Romero's classic zombie movies especially with those fixed camera angles. 8)

I think that the remake of the first game was brilliantly done, and the remakes of Resident Evil 2 and 3 were pretty good too, although I know some fans despise the RE3 remake for cutting out a lot of the content of the original third game (which I imagine was most likely due to the Covid pandemic when the game was developed and the developers were probably limited and rushed too).

Zombies are just plain cool. :skull:

Yeah, I think I might prefer Negan a little more because at least he's messed up in a way that makes sense. The Governor was just psychotic.
I don't know how different Negan is on the show though, I had to punch out around season 4. I've only seen enough of him to know that they had to censor the heck out of his language, but he does still swear a lot.

I still need to play that one, pretty sure I have it on the GameCube?
I know I have Zero, I just need to finish it...and then I can finally play Umbrella Chronicles without spoilers! =)
I'm not a huge fan of the GC controller for RE games, but I do have an adapter to use SNES controllers, I might see if that works better (pretty sure there's a hotkey that lets you do C-button stuff? at least I hope so...)
I've beaten 1PSX, 1DS, 2/CV/3 DC, and 4 Wii...
Almost beat Gaiden on the GBC but the bugs were just overwhelming me...I may have even gotten softlocked, I can't remember...

I need to play Sweet Home too. That game looks awesome, I just never got around to it.

I won't spoil UC for you. :)

I've played some of it and it really reminds me of The House of the Dead games which is why I liked it. They're both rail shooters with zombies. 8)

Also my fav level was "Death's Door" which actually explained how the badly wounded spy Ada Wong managed to escape from Raccoon City with the G-virus sample after the events in Resident Evil 2 when she seperated from Leon.

Ada Wong has always been my favorite Resident Evil character. 8) I really wish they had included the Death's Door chapter in Umbrella Chronicles as an unlockable game in the Resident Evil 2 remake. Sadly Miss Wong didnt really get the amount of screen time she deserved. :(
