Late-Talking

I have read a book by Thomas Sowell titled "Late-Talking Children".

I did not talk until after I was two.

I was curious if other knew what age they started talking.

I was average with speech development. My 2-year-old niece doesn't seem to be talking, she only says about 2 or 3 words, and otherwise babbles to communicate.
