This lass played at the Palestine solidarity march I went to today.

(Might be an Irish thing :mrgreen: consider watching a bit of hurling if you never have lads, the maddest sport)

I think she might have adapted the words a bit for the occasion because I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as I did if I'd caught that bit about waves of immigrants in the beginning. However, although the phrase is regrettable, it is about historical hunger and systematic colonial exploitation, not current multiculturalism... you've got to be see it to appreciate it lads, there's barely a square inch of wilderness because the whole island was turned over to that desperate struggle for survival.
