My mum made life impossible for me growing up. I couldn't talk about my interests, I couldn't be seen crying. If I was hassled at high school, it was my fault and I brought it on myself. I had a fight with my mum at the age of 14. I was crying and she asked me if she needed to beat me like an animal. I should have told her to go ahead and do so, because she must have always wanted to do it.
