Howbout a high functioning aspie type. Lets go with someone like Spock in Startrek, or Sheldon Leonard in the Bg bang theory.

My brother had aspd. Not sure if he understands as psychopath or sociopath. He was in and out of prison all of his life. Lived an absolute parasitic lifestyle and never earned an hones penny in his life. He could absolutely charm the birds from the trees, was super intelligent but completely abused any trust that anyone ever put in him. I could go on but I won't.

In no way did he resemble aspergers or autism. His spectrum was completely different.

I think as diagnosed with conduct disorder at 14 and and borderline at 16 I don't remember this happening but I was in a young offenders place at the time. How I differ from my brother is a hat I do display some characteristics of aspergers syndrome but this may also be due to cptsd. Empathy and compassion are things that I have struggled with all my life but because I feel that somewhere deep down insid me I want to be o be a good person, I have learned to connect on an emotional level. Its not natural for me to do so though.

Oh yeah my brother died at 50 years old. This was mainly due to his lifestyle.

Have you tried going on forums that specifically cater for aspd people to see how you may relate to them.

I do understand that a lot of people on such sites haven't been diagnosed with aspd and a lot are tourists or wannabes.
