The local fruit store sells blemished or 'past its best' fruit and veg at very much reduced prices.
I got some apples yesterday and they're absolutely delicious.

Nothing. The world is doomed because the USA has nothing but raving lunatic conspiracy theorists or brain dead fossilized prunes to elect for president and there will be a bird flu pandemic that will make covid look like a nasty sniffle.
