The only exercise I got today was when I walked to the store to get some snacks. Hopefully I'll be going back to the gym later this week. I have an arrangement with my peer support person who has a Planet Fitness Black Card membership where he can take me along when he goes there, so hopefully I'll be able to get a good gym workout in once a week until I start to build up a habit.

No martial arts classes for two weeks over the holidays - just finished first week back to classes.

Kicks kicks kicks and more kicks. Lots of kicks. Not all the kicks, but lots of kicks. And some leg sweeps. Some blocks and deflections to defend against kicks, too.

Training my upper body as we speak, I'm inbetween sets on lat pulldown. I shall also do rows, bench, pec fly, and then whatever shoulder and arm stuff I fancy doing today

Lots more leg stuff. Jumping jacks, horse stance jumps, 180 jumps, 360 jumps, jumping crescent kicks, jumping cut-eyebrow kicks, gorilla walks, bear walks, tornado kicks - and we worked on doing kip-ups.

Weights: biceps and back
Weights: quads

Not done it for a while because I've been weally weally lazy

Walked about 5 miles and now I'm working my lower body at the gym. Between sets on hip thrust machine as we speak ^.^

Doing my weights now

Just done my shoulders

I used to think heavier weights were better but I'm really enjoying lighter weights but faster reps and sets

It's getting the blood pumping
