Yep that's the one. The song is Total War by NON. I crack up every time I see it. Seems to be working fine here...

Was actually based on an old series of Disney propaganda films made during WW2. I've been trying to find it on DVD. I saw one where Donald was having a nightmare and couldn't stop sig heiling. Too much fun.

Totalitart eh? I never had a good word for this before.

I think TotalitArt is the best word to describe it. People always liked Nation-machine & Power Aesthetic. Look: Platon, More, Orwell, Huxley. And real Golden Age of Great Ideas in last century. And other autoritar states through the years, beginning from Sparta.
We here don't care as much about ideas as visual/sound form of it, so it's TotalitArt.
