I get upset and non-responsive at school. No matter how much the teachers try to calm me down it just doesn't seem to work :P. I wish I could just let these things go but it's difficult.

I become upset and hide in my room to avoid yelling at everybody.

I don't really have a schedule but whenever something planned gets cancelled I get really annoyed and kick things, only occasionally I'll have mini meltdown. What annoys me more is when my little routines get disturbed, like if I've been having oats in the morning for a while and then one morning I find it's run out then I get annoyed and eat nothing. Or if my tea mug is dirty I end up not having any tea.

I deal with it. I have 4 siblings so schedules aren't an option, however when I have one if it changes I sometimes go into full meltdown. I'll be sobbing and yelling at people and I usually don't snap out of it until my Mom either grounds me for a month (yes, take that literally - I was once grounded over Christmas Break!!) Or fines me til I've lost 50+ dollars. Yeah I have no diagnosis and my mom would still have similar expectations even if I did.

I get very anxious, tense, and agitated. Sometimes I start to panic. I formulate my own schedule every day and try my best to maintain it. Changes that disrupt the choices I've pre-planned are very distressing.
