I tend to avoid ROMs. Anyway, Square is re-releasing most of the "Final Fantasy" games left right and centre. They're even making the third remake of the first two "Final Fantasy" games for the PSP. (The first was Final Fantasy Origins for the PS1 and the second was Final Fantasy: Dawn of Souls for the Game Boy Advance)

I'm going to buy FFIIIDS today. I won't get to play it for a while though, but I'd like to see it.

That game is a travesty to an amazing legacy.

I heard that there is going to be a new Final Fantasy Tactics game for the PSP.

Was that swearing in appreciation or disgust?

I was good at Pokemon Gold, but then I gave up as beating Lance all the time got boring.

I'd like to say I'm fairly good. I did manage to beat Xenosaga Ep. I on entirely initial equipment, and I'm working toward completing Star Ocean: Till the End of Time's "Battle Trophies".

Most complex games are easy for me, I just have issues with beating in one straight go-through. Only a few games can do that for me-- Xenosaga(Ep. I), Skies of Arcadia, Tales of Symphonia, Grandia II, Baten Kaitos, FF Tactics, Star Ocean 2-3, and Thousand Arms.

Besides "Final Fantasy" games, here are the RPGs I have played:

Parasite Eve II. Okay, it's not a full-blooded RPG, but it has RPG elements, and it was made by Squaresoft.

Dark Chronicle, aka Dark Cloud 2. A bit kiddy, but has some very unique gameplay aspects, like the "Georama" system, as well as an interesting time-travel story.

The Legend of Zelda, particularly Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask and Wind Waker. I call them action games more than RPGs, but what the hell.

Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2.

Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Sapphire. I got bored of Sapphire rather soon...

The coolest RPG I've played is Final Fantasy X-2. I want Rikku's scarf!

Nearest thing I've got is a Tom Baker scarf, but it's a sight more covering!

RPGs require alot of time to keep upping your character's levels. I prefer Strategy and first person shooters. I also like squad based things, such as Conflict Desert Storm and SOCOM Navy Seals.

I suck pretty bad at video games. I have broke my xbox 360 along with a tv at the same time cause a video games was too hard for me. Now all I have left is my ps2 and xbox.

I have tried those final fantasy games, they're too hard for me. Plus I find them boring. I was playing X-Men legends 2 last night. The box says it's an RPG, but I don't think it is. It seems like a button masher video game. Just press buttons and you're ok.

Yes and while I'm doing that I like to try to get everything I can out of the game, experience, money, dialogue so I tend to go for evil characters that make up for the problems their followers tend to encounter, for example I went with a Mage-Thief that was good at talking to people so that I could get just about anywhere I wanted to, get people I needed on my side, or get the necessary gold to buy equipment, or in the case of NWN I went for Wizards that had good social skills as the other jobs were already filled nicely by the other characters.
