GP3 is older technology than GP4. Both are meant for internet connection. This little thing that you plug into your hardware. GP4 is way faster than GP3. I suppose there should be a nationwide network for GP4 in New Zealand.

Okay, I don't know how you got to this thread, but I assumed you got to the Games forum, and then opened this thread in a different tab. If so, when you hit on "Reply", if it takes you to your profile page, that's fine, just close it out, and refresh your forum page. If you don't do like that, then when you hit "Reply", and it takes you to your profile page, on the right-hand side of that page will be 8 topics (the area is called "Active Topics", or something like that), just click on any of those topics, to get back in to the site; then, in the uppermost lefthand corner of THAT page, you should see "Forum Index", click on that; then go down until you see the Games forum----or, wherever you want to go.

There are, of course, Icelandic and Faroese. Just in case Norwegian turns out to be too easy.
