Do you freak out when there is too much sound?

I usually freak out when there's either a loud noise sunddenly (i.e. ballons popping, my video player bugging and being really loud...) but then I also freak out when more than two people are trying to talk to me at the same time or when a hundred people are just talking, like cafeterias, at the begging of shows...

I'll have a shutdown when I'm trying to do maths and everyone around me is talking, I'll start hearing my breath and feel very hot and I'm gonna feel time in slow motion

I am exceptionally good at math, however I tend to have the same problem if I happen to be working in class on anything and there is any type of talking or non-natural noise I simply can not focus. This is especially unnerving in classes where teaches like to talk through tests.

I'm typically sensitive to bright lights. They usually make my eyes water. A strange thing happened for the first time today, though. I was sitting with the Screening Committee in the transitional house where I stay. A man with a bright orange reflective t-shirt entered. i though the front part of my head was going to explode. Along with the "out of the blue" headache, I started feeling trembly as if I was having an arrhythmia or a seizure. That's never happened before. When i kept my eyes off his shirt that helped a lot. Very interesting.
