In relation to me, he seemed to indicate that if it wasn't enough for me, a further referral to a more specialised time might be possible but he was keen not to jump the gun on anything.

Aaah. Gotcha. I don't understand Scottish or United Kingdom law on this matter, but that makes sense. Thanks!

Nae bother! (No problem)

I'm getting melatonin at the moment to help me sleep, as a man over 55. But this is limited to 13 weeks.

The psych is now aware of this and the fact that, without a (full?) diagnosis, this prescription will stop. The melatonin has revolutionised my sleep pattern so I'm keen for it to continue. It's no longer possible to buy it here, even online.

Sooo, Scotland has scheduled melatonin? In the United States, you can buy it in the grocery stores. I would send some to you, but I think that would get both of us "interviewed." Hehe! :lol:

Wow! In the grocery store?! !!

Several doctors here in our town have even tried to tell an autistic friend of mine that it's not recommended because it's addictive.

I'll put in a good word for you with the local sheriff if you get caught! Lol.
