I was playing Guild Wars quite a bit but I haven't been lately. If anybody wants help with anything or wants to work together unlocking skills or doing the PvP arena please ask me! I just haven't been all that into it cos after you've 'beaten' it you need a decent team to get anywhere in the PvP... and my friends haven't been interested in working at it

Yeah, same with me. :/

That's why I've been playing WoW instead lately.

I've been thinking a lot lately about how much I wish I was playing WoW

but fear of game addiction, plus monthly charges, are keeping me away from it.

If you do, or if you have played Ragnarok online, is there any character that many find useful?
If so I would like to choose that character, because I've been a warrior for too long on other multiplayer games and it was boring. Lately I'm a "buffer"(spellcasting magician which makes warriors fight much better) on Lineage2 chronicle3, it helped a lot for beeing useful to others, and many wanted me in a party, since I can also heal others.

That's why I'm asking about ragnarok, which character can do similar stuff.

Check out this site (http://iro.ragnarokonline.com/) for more info on the different classes go to the game guide, all have their pros and cons just like on any games, some prefer a specific class due to it being easier to level and others choose different ones due to skills or due to the challenge. I never make a specific sprite a job class just because others like it because it doesn't mean I'll like it.

For me it seems that the Acolyte(1st job change) and Priest(2nd job change) seems like the characters in Lineage2 that buff their party members.

There's also a 3rd job change but for me it seems there's a long time until that time.

I think the magicians which enstrenthen other characters are called "buffers" or "buff" characters. Have anyone heard of it?

There's a game (about 50MB only) that focuses on chat, more than killing monsters.
In this game I'm not even sure there is such a thing as killing monsters, but I guess its not available.

This game is in 3d, it is, but it wasn't the way I expected.
I expected me to be able to have control over how I view my environment, but the game adjusts the way I view it, according to the places I walk to.
You can "double right click" a place and the character will walk there, or you can push the 4 arrow buttons to walk around.

Here's a fun one my friends just got me to check out. If your into Master Of Orion II or III and think you'd be interested in something that's a bit like that but online with a player ranking here's the link:

http://www.ogame.org

WHen my friends showed me this I thought it might be a little boring with the static images and what not but once I got into building it seemed pretty fun. Right now I'm joined up in Universe 19 - if you get yourself going pretty solid and want to start an alliance just pm me.

i like playing online games, particularly ones with chat rooms and socializing areas. i like playing games in realtime with other people. and also playing in tournaments

my social skills i fell have improved ever so much by socialising with people on the internet. i like practising socializing with NTs since the majority of people on this world are just that. ive even got friends off of the internet becuase of my practising on it!

ive had so much fun playing. im in a gaming league called www.monkeyroyale.com/yahoo and it a gaming league that works with several games on Yahoo. including pool, gin, dominoes, hearts, cribbage, graffiti, go fish, naval command, literati, word racer, backgammon, pinochle, spades, and canasta

this league works by people playing againt one another to earn 'banana bux' a kind of fake money. there is also quest flags which i love trying to get.
and of course getting to know other monkeys (terms we use for one who has joined monkey royale) there is so many people that if u do get it wrong and socialise wrongly it wont really mmatter because of the volume of people that there is

if any1 does decide to come and play the name i use on that is d_r_u_m_m_e_r_girl. which is my yahoo messenger handle also
the referral code is 236876 that number again 236876

I play www.battleon.com a lot. Its single player (just you, a weapon, and whatever monster you're killing.)

MapleStory is fun, but I don't think I'm very good at it. I've played a total of like, five hours or so, but I'm only level 9 and I keep getting killed by green mushrooms. Is it supposed to have a slow levelling curve?

I also enjoy blowing people up in Skulltag.

I've also tried maplestory, but once I found that none either here, or in the wrongplanet chatroom was playing it, I stopped.

So would you play it if I told you some time: "Shall we play maplestory for a while?"

lol, it's been over a month and my friends are all still checking our Ogame accounts like 2 or 3 times a day if not more to see how our constructions are going, what planets to colonize, what technologies we want next. Right now I'm ranked near 1790 out of 12000 in Universe 19, mostly because I got a late start on that one, ane I tend to hover arroung 500 out of about of closed to 14000 in Universe 20 just because I opeed my account only a few hours after that one got opened up and tried a resource-based growth plan and building what defenses I needed as insurance rather than working on the espianage, combustion technology, and all that. Funny thing about it is you can get in the low thousands in any universe as long as you have something of a good strategy and actually use your resource often enough that you aren't getting raided by your neighbors.

Not sure, tried it out for a bit but found it wasn't what I'd like though my oldest son would probably like it.

I should probably play more Guild Wars, seeing that I payed for it and all. I also bought the expansion and haven't played ANY of that. (I'm odd like that)

I also play a game Kingdoms of War. It's not that great, but I play with some great people. (We're absolutely insane! Our current war strategy is as brilliant as it is self destructive)

And at some point I'll probably have some kind of internet multiplayer game up. (I have a few ideas, some better then others)

I'm a hardcore gamer yet I only play games casually. Does this make any sense? It's hard to explain, but thats a topic for another day.

I really never get into online games for the most part. I only like playing with friends not random people (also cause I suck), and often my friends don't have the same games as me or the different regions mean we can't play together or all sorts of BS! One of my friends' has really annoyed me with his gaming choice, because he wants to play me on a few different games which I ALSO OWN, but he owns it for the Xbox and I have the PC version! Argh! Can't they all just MERGE together already?!

The only game I'm sort of playing online lately is Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence. I'm 'TheDyingInformant'.

But I don't think we'll be playing any 'Sneaking Mission'. I refuse to kill Snake!

I haven't played it in a while though cause it wasn't working, but recently got it working again.

I used to play 'Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force' online quite a bit, cause I loved the Voyager characters, and I made everyone download my custom taunts for them, lol.
