How to tell you got banned? Any blatant or subtle signs?

I have heard of "ghost banning" aka "hell banning". In that set up only the person posting and the mods can see the posts. To everyone else they are invisible.

Shadow banning?

I have never heard of that happening here but I know it happens on Twitter and Reddit. It's supposed to keep away trolls and spammers. They can't create new accounts to cause trouble if they don't know their posts aren't being seen to the public.
