What do you do if you can't find love?
I've just accepted it. My entire life, I've never been able to meet single women. My interests/hobbies/activites don't seem to work that way. When I've tried to expand and do different things, the results were the same. You'd think that taking my dog to the dog park would help, but it seems only other guys take dogs to dog parks.

I knew a disabled guy on another forum I used who got his wife by taking in another member who was gonna be homeless after graduating high-school. My friend has a seizure disorder & some other issues after an accident around the time he graduated high-school. He was fairly independent & had a decent job but he couldn't drive, had to avoid loud chaotic environments, & couldn't do a lot of walking. His seizure disorder was mostly well controlled but he did not want to chance living alone just in case things got worse. He got dates about as easily as any other guy his age if the women did not know the extent of his disabilities but things always ended 1ce they found out there was a chance he could become more disabled & he might have to quit working. He had a roommate who was moving out(nothing to do with my friend) & there was a girl on the forum who's home-life was abusive & she was getting kicked out right after graduating high-school. College was not in the cards for her cuz her grades were bad & she had no way to pay for college. Getting a job where she could earn enough to afford a place to live was not in the cards either due to her only having a high-school diploma, no work experience, & the federal minimum-wage being jack $hit. My friend needed someone around & he felt bad for her situation so he suggested she move in with him for a while. He was hoping it woulda turned into a relationship but it was not required. He wanted someone around & had the means to help her. They officially got in a relationship after a while & he helped her get a job at his company; she was wanting to be more independent & contribute & have a car. They got married about a year later. She kinda admitted on the forum that she would not of given him a chance if her circumstances had been different. His looks & personality were not her type, she was concerned about the age difference since he was about 30 & she was 18, & she was concerned about what if he became more disabled. She fell for him after a while cuz he was a sweet supportive guy. One thing that impressed her is that he coulda had sex with her when she moved in but he turned her down cuz he did not want to take advantage of her; if they were going to he wanted it to be cuz she liked him instead of feeling like she owed him. Before she moved in her posting style was kinda b!tchy which is understandable considering her crummy home-life. She seemed alot happier after she moved in with him. She might woulda been happy with any halfway decent guy who provided for her but she likely associated that happiness with him. I guess it's possible she got in a relationship with him because she felt indebted even thou he didn't think so.

I've been a dog walker now for several decades. I observed back in the 1990s younger women practiced "stranger danger" if a strange man smiled at them. Since the 2010s they all walk with ear buds and stare at their mobile phones so you literally have to tap them on the shoulder to get their attention.
I'm not single but from what I can see there is literally nowhere to meet single women anymore. It was so simple back in the 1970s, you just turn up to a rollerskating rink or shopping mall, or even the local park and single girls would be hanging around. Today it's social media or tinder....yuck
