I usually sneeze three times in a row but sometimes four, or only one or two, & occasionally it can be more than four. I tend to make a moaning type noise after because the sensation is uncomfortable. It's worse if I'm eating or in the middle of taking meds when I have to sneeze. Sometimes there's lots of spray in my mouth but I always cover my mouth when in public I'm on a few allergy meds that don't help enough. I'm in the process of adjusting to a new med(major off-label use) & it may take a couple more months to get the dosage increased enough.

I'm a night time sneezer. Could be walking outside gets faint pollen on me that resorts in sneezing a couple hours later.
