in 2020, ate four exotic bean salads and one kit kat and then fecal incontinence. that was the only time, thank buddha.

now, any time i eat lentil salad or exotic bean salad, i have to be in my coffin. esp since coronavirus, plenty of public litterboxes out of order.

the Kaiser that i currently have insurance @, has plenty of litterboxes. but maybe not all hospitals have plenty of litterboxes. your situation might be different from mine. but i've never drunk the colonoscopy prep before so i am afraid of defecating in my pants on the way to the colonoscopy.

maybe i should just take the bus to the hospital, meet my coworker there, and then after the colonoscopy the coworker drives me to a restaurant or something. i have never done Fodmaps for three consecutive days and i am afraid that i will get too hungry and then can't sleep. and no internet. what a f*****g nightmare. love reading books, but not all night long. disaster waiting to keep happening

i was afraid that if a (former) coworker drove me to my colonoscopy, he would (rightfully) demand that i do plenty of significant personal favors for him. but maybe, he will not make that demand, b/c i ain't got no car and i live 15 miles away from work. he appears to have plenty of friends, that live closer to work, and own cars. so WTF ever. maybe i'm overreacting.

Given your anxiety I think this is a VERY good idea.

What is fodmaps and why do you have three days of prep?

Mine is less than 24 hours I think.

I'll check the email.

Here's my prep instructions.

I know they're likely different from yours so they're kind of redundant, but I thought you might be interested to compare. Also I was relieved to see that I might be home from my mother's appointment before I have the first drink. I thought it was to be consumed earlier in the day.
