Coffee is my main comfort "food"
I enjoy the ritual of making and consuming coffee. I find it very relaxing.

Also hamburgers, I don't know why, but I my mood instantly improves when I'm consuming a good burger.

Comfort food for me is definitely oatmeal topped with some peanut butter, a drizzle of honey, and fresh fruit.

Comfort food for me is definitely oatmeal topped with some peanut butter, a drizzle of honey, and fresh fruit. If I’m in the mood for something extra, I mix in a scoop of organic goat whey protein—it makes it creamy and keeps me full for hours. Super simple, but it always hits the spot.

Spaghetti, noodles and pasta because of their consistent texture.

I went through a phase where I'd have noodles or spaghetti almost every day for dinner. I'm working on trying new foods though.
