It looks easy, but this is the result of 3 years of Foundational Meat Studies followed by 5-8 years of specialist study (including a 2 year apprenticeship placement under a Master Porksmith).

It's easier to become a qualified doctor.

I'm not sure how exactly they started on fire. But we had to stop my grandfather from pouring water on it.

I had smoked sausage, mashed potatoes, lima beans, and whole wheat bread for supper the other night. It was, so far, my favorite supper of the week.

When I was a grad student in the late 70s, there was a really nice little German restaurant just off campus. I used to go there for supper every Sunday night and order the Polish Sausage plate and a bottle of Carlsberg Elephant. Even though the food there was really good, it didn't draw in that many customers. I never could figure that out.
