I get the gist of the concept beyond than just getting along and surface level stuff.

I think the prerequisites is that the majority of humans having a real concept that humans are humans (in a level beyond than just agreeable acceptance and mindful tolerance), and not merely their traits and the perceptions around it.

Or at least the trajectory is simply going there.

Eh.
To make it plausible, most of the human collective consciousness would had to level up. In all "sectors".
Twice, at minimum, I guestimate.
Before it can spiral up than maintain some form of stalemate or one that consists of tradeoffs... Or, as painfully slow as the now along with the trade-offs.

I think you’re right — it’s not just about getting along on the surface, but something much deeper that requires a kind of collective “upgrade” in how we even conceptualize what it means to be human.

The issue is that so many systems and structures we inherit are built on generations of false lessons, mistaken assumptions, and convenient polarizations that got cemented into “truths.” To unwind that, you’re talking about a massive process of unlearning, not just new learning. That’s always harder, because people cling to what was drilled into them even when it’s maladaptive.

I also agree with your point about needing a leap in consciousness across all sectors. If it’s only partial — say tech advances while ethics or social frameworks stagnate — then we just reproduce the same stalemates, trade-offs, and slow-burning struggles we see now.

“Twice, at minimum” feels accurate. It’s not one shift but at least two phases: first a breaking of the old molds, then an actual re-synthesis of something healthier and more whole. Without both, we either stagnate or regress.

In that sense, syncretocracy isn’t just a system of governance, but a trajectory — one where humanity learns to recognize humanity itself beyond traits, categories, or imposed hierarchies. That’s a tall order, but if enough people start moving in that direction, maybe the collective “spiral upward” you described becomes possible.

If i have to say anything about Syncreotocracy Its that while its strange new, almost completely unknown even the word its just a concept within a concept i am not completely sure in Mankind is ready for it or not? its possible that it could be used in the wrong way by the wrong people. its not completely incorruptible. but with the right minds and the right people it could spread slowly which i completely agree should be the way things should the idea of it at least. I just got to thinking one day years ago what if there was a new way to govern? My mind went into complete math mode drawing threads and there it was right in front of me.
